Yes. No catch. We don't charge for inspections, we don't add a fee if we don't sell you anything, and we don't lock you into anything by accepting one.

30–45 minutes for most homes. Larger or steeper roofs take a bit longer. We don't rush.

Preferred but not required. We can inspect with you on-site or send the report to your email afterward.

If it's safely accessible, yes. The attic is where leaks show up first, often before they're visible from inside the house. If your attic is sealed off or full of insulation, we'll skip it.

We'll show you photos, explain what we found, and give you options — including a written quote if you want one. We never pressure you to act on the spot.

Sometimes, for steep or fragile roofs where it's not safe to walk. Most inspections we do by hand because it gives us better data.

No. We'll mention damage if we see it, and explain whether we think it'd qualify for a claim — but we'll never pressure you to file. Plenty of "free inspections" are scams to drum up insurance work. Ours isn't.
